Prescription and Non-Prescription Medications:
Campers who are required to take any medications during the day must submit a Medication Authorization Form.

Please make sure that all medications are in the original container with the camper’s name and DOB on the bottle. We are not permitted to accept medication in a daily pill box or ziplock baggie.

Emergency Medications: Inhalers and Epi-Pens
Campers who require an inhaler and/or epi-pens must submit the self-carry Medication Authorization Form. Please make sure to bring 2 sets of emergency medications. One set that we can keep with us at the medical station during camp week. One set that the camper can give to their coach to hold during the day, but is given back to them at night to take home. The second set that we hold is a spare set in the event that the camper leaves his/her emergency medication at home.
