REGISTRATION CHECK-IN

  • 1:15–2:30 p.m.: Check in at Cordt’s PE Center in the main gymnasium on the first day of your camp session.
  • After campers have checked in at all of the stations in the PE Center, they can then move to either Westminster or Frederick Halls, where they will find their rooms. (Campers with RED KEYS will stay in Westminster Hall. Campers with WHITE KEYS will stay in Frederick Hall.)
  • 3 p.m.: Opening Camp Meeting at Cordt’s PE Center Main Gymnasium.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • 3:30–5:00 p.m.: Campers who arrive late can check in at the camp office in the basement lobby of Cordt’s PE Center.
  • After 5:00 p.m.: Campers are to check in at the Lane Center.

DEPARTURE INFORMATION

  • Camp is located at Frostburg State University: 101 Braddock Road, Frostburg, MD 21532
  • Early Dismissal – 9:00 am – 11:30 am: Campers who are checking out during this period are not completing the camp day. Once you arrive you need to follow these checkout instructions:
    • The parent is to meet their child at our camp office in the basement lobby of Cordt’s PE Center.
    • The Camper and Parent head to the dorm to pack up and move out of the dorms.
    • From the dorms, the Camper and Parent will head to the Lane Center to return their key/meal card and to collect their shirt and report card.
      • Please note that any missing key will result in a $25 fee and any missing meal card will result in a $10 fee unless you purchased Meal Card/Key Insurance.
    • From the Lane Center, the camper and parent will head home.

THERE IS NOT A CHECK-OUT PERIOD BETWEEN 11:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

  • 2:45 p.m: Awards Ceremony in BobCat Arena (Parents Welcome)
  • 3:45 p.m: Campers Check out at the dorms
  • Campers pack up and move out of the dorms.
  • Campers meet their coaches in front of Westminster or Frederick:
  • The camper and Parent will return their room key and meal card to their coach.
    • Please note that any missing key will result in a $25 fee and any missing meal card will result in a $10 fee unless you purchased Meal Card/Key Insurance.
  • pick up their report card and camp t-shirt
  • head home

Parents are welcome to grab their camper’s key throughout the day to pack up and move items out of the rooms. Just remember to give your camper their key back so that they can turn it into their coach at 3:45 in front of the dorms

Medication Check-Out:

  • 9:00 am to 2:45 pm.: Medications can be picked up from the Athletic Training Room in the basement lobby of Cordt’s PE Center from
  • 3:00 pm: Medications can be picked up in front of Frederick Hall.
  • If the camper is riding the bus, please connect with the bus monitor when you meet your child at the bus stop to collect your child’s medications.

Bus Riders: 

Bus riders are to return to the dorms after the awards ceremony, move their items out of the dorm, and turn their key to their coach in front of Westminster Hall or Frederick Hall.

  • They are to report to the bus by 4:15.  The bus will depart Frostburg State University at 5:00 PM
  • Arrival Time for  I270 /Exit 11 by 7:15 PM: 702 Russell Ave. Gaithersburg
  • Arrival Time for Tyson’s Corner Mall/ Nordstroms Lot G is 7:40 PM
  • Arrival Time for Dulles Airport/Baggage Claim #4, Door #7 is 8:15 PM

Campers will receive a camp t-shirt at the end of camp along with a report card. Campers can exchange their t-shirt at the table in front of Frederick Hall if the shirt does not fit before they leave campus.
